1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. We encourage all applicants to review eligibility criteria and membership benefits before submitting payment.

2. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate transactions or accidental overpayments, please notify us immediately at biharsupplycader@gmail.com with proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
